I’ve been making this for over a decade- herbal gomasio is an amazing way to get trace minerals, healthy fats & proteins into our bodies. My amazing blend consists of all organically cultivated and ethically wild crafted ingredients: dulse, kelp, milk thistle seeds, flax seeds, toasted sesame seeds, freshly ground white and black peppercorns, and a little Himalayan sea salt. I keep it in a jar on our dining table and we use it on almost everything! My children all love it- my four year old will eat it straight! We add it to eggs, salads, soups, anything really!
