Shipping

While shipping is usually within a day or two, please allow up to 7 days to ship. We do our best to get your order to you as timely as possible. If you need an order rushed, please send an email directly to hello@rootedandwildapothecary.com with your name + order number and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You will be responsible for any necessary shipping adjustments.

Once your package has left our possession, we no longer have any control over it. Occasionally there will be delays caused by issues within the post office or during transit that may include but are not limited to late deliveries, missing packages, damaged packages, etc.  rooted + wild. assumes no responsibility for such issues that arise. Under no circumstances will compensation of packages lost in transit be given without proof of delivery back to rooted + wild. Should something happen, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help alleviate the situation. We aim to satisfy each and every customer. We want you to be happy!

Returns + Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange for shop credit, please contact rooted + wild. within 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Shop credit will be applied once item(s) are received back and condition noted. Customized/ personalized items, perishable products (like herbal marshmallows and sword + shield) may not be returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and if the item(s) are not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for loss in value.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made within an hour of purchase. 

International Shipping

rooted + wild. is more than happy to ship worldwide to be inclusive and share the love, light + plant magic with you all.

All international buyers are responsible for any customs charges + import taxes that may possibly be incurred. rooted + wild. assumes no responsibility for additional customs charges or delays due to potential holdups in customs. Delivery times for international shipping vary and could possibly take up to one month. Due to the nature of this, fresh items like herbal marshmallows and sword + shield are not able to be shipped internationally. We truly apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.
