The ticks are back with a vengeance this year, and the mosquitos are already prominent. Keep your family safe with my proprietary blend of herbs and botanicals infused for three full lunar cycles. This has proven effective for my family for over a decade against ticks, mosquitos, gnats, and black flies. I have found it is effective for about two hours at a time, though if we are out and about, I carry mine with me to reapply around the 1:45 mark. This is why I chose to use recycled plastic spray bottles for this product, so it’s easily transportable with no worries of breaking in a bag. 

My blend is carefully formulated with our bee friends in mind- Safe for humans big + small, and dogs too, though I do have a canine-specific blend that I will have available soon since that batch is still a—brewin’.

What sets rooted + wild. bug barrier apart is that this is a botanically infused blend and is made in small staggered batches; it can be sprayed onto the skin unlike many bug repellant sprays containing essential oils that should not be applied directly to the skin and in which some shouldn’t be used for specific-aged children. There is no one-size-fits-all where essential oils are concerned, and they’re not very sustainable, so I like to avoid them in my products.
